Classes:

12pm - 1pm: Somatic Movement + Sound Healing with Taina Enikeyi

A safe space to alleviate grief and restore joy through meditation, dance, & somatic movement. Come as you are.

2pm - 3pm: Yoga Flow w/ Carmen Marissa

Flow into Autumn. This class will start by setting an intention for the fall, followed by a slow vinyasa and yin class with Koshi chimes. All levels welcome!

4pm - 5pm: Intro to Spiritual Baños w/Sharon Oliver

In this workshop, Sharon will share her knowledge of ancestral medicine and healing modalities to teach about the transformative energies of the Orisas Osun and Yemoja through the power of herbs and spiritual baths. Participants will leave with new knowledge and samples to take home!

About our Instructors -

Taina Enikeyi is an 🌿Indígena de Borikén🌿Afrodescendiente🌿Cultural Preserver🌿Vocalist/DJ/Producer🌿Cofounder of @intentionalvibrations🌿Doula🌿and sound healer.

Carmen Marissa is a queer reiki practitioner, tarot readers, and yoga teacher. She received her Reiki Level 1 and 2 at Minka Brooklyn with Aki Baker and Manu Del Prete, completed her 200hr yoga training at Sacred Brooklyn and has completed yoga mentorships at Sky Ting and Flying Tree Yoga in Medellin, Colombia. In addition to Yoga and Reiki, Carmen has also been studying and practicing Tarot since 2016, starting with readings for friends and family, and continuing through this summer at Brujeria Sundays.

Sharon Oliver is an RN, herbalist, Ifa/Orisa practitioner and Palo Priestess, and creator of Eclectic Soul Organics.
